Border police behind concrete barriers, Hebron

Most days Israeli Border Police (Magav) enter into Palestinian territory in Hebron. These barriers are in front of one of the checkpoints between Palestinian territory and Israeli settler territory. Here a local Palestinian passes by, very slowly and cautiously on a small motorcycle.
